Tom Gifford

Tom Gifford is presently a board member at First Tech Federal Credit Union where he serves on the Enterprise Risk Committee and chairs the Supervisory (Audit) Committee. He is also a volunteer educator in the Portland area where he teaches financial skills to high school students through the Financial Beginnings organization. He joined the ART Board in 2017.
