Our education programs are dedicated to developing theatre artists, students, business and arts professionals, and life-long learners at every ability, interest, and level of expertise.
Education opportunities focus on engaging and elevating our community by offering professional-level classes, coaching, and workshops with our teaching artists. Programs like these serve artists and others seeking professional development, students seeking to engage in the transformative power of the arts, and life-long learners who can take classes in subjects such as dramaturgy, script-writing, communication for non-actors, and more.
With the Student Ambassador Program, students learn about the inner-workings of a major nonprofit professional theatre, meet once per month, see shows for free, and participate in discussions with leading theatre artists and professionals.
Access and enrichment are available for educators who enjoy ticket discounts, school programming, and workshops.
Pre- and Post-Show Discussions
Enhance your experience at Artists Rep with pre- and post-show discussions, post-show mingling with the cast and staff, insider events with designers and directors, and other special events.
- Post-show Discussions: Each play produced by Artists Rep features several post-show discussions with the cast that allow the audience to express their own sentiments and ask questions. These are immediately after the Wednesday and Sunday matinees.
- Oregon Psychoanalytic Center Discussions: We are fortunate to be able to offer post-show discussions with guest experts from the OPC following one matinee per performance. Our next discussion will be for Looking for Tiger Lily after the performance on May 31st.
