Reports to: Audience Services Manager – Tess Wix
The Audience Services Associate is an hourly, non-exempt position. This position reports to the Audience Services Manager. Shifts are 3 to 8 hours in length. Artists Repertory Theatre (ART) is seeking a team-oriented individual to be an enthusiastic member of the Audience Services team. The Associate will assist with the matinee and evening operations of the Box Office during performances. This includes assisting in the operations of ticket sales and tracking customer relations using ticketing software (Spektrix), replying to emails through the Box Office Gmail account, and answering phones (Zoom). When ART is not in production, there is potential for additional hours that can be worked depending on theatre rentals, employee absences or other situations. Schedule to be determined by your supervisor in advance.
