Jeff is a partner at the Portland law firm of Miller Nash Graham & Dunn, where his practice focuses on government and education law and land use planning.  Jeff has served on many governmental and non-profit boards, but ART is his first arts nonprofit.  He has been a season subscriber at ART for over 25 years.
