Eric Adams

Eric is the Technical Director not only for ART but also for other theatres around the Portland area. This will be his second season working with ART and he is very proud of being part of the team. For the past ten years, Eric worked as head carpenter and TD for the Oregon Children’s Theatre. Before moving to Portland, he worked for the Kirk Douglas Theatre as the head carpenter for many years. Eric has a small business where he creates kitchenware along with other products people might find a use for. When he is not touching dead trees he is out on his canoe fishing. He is 0 out of 100 on catching anything. He wants to keep it that way. Along with never catching any fish he is also a very compassionate helicopter plant daddy. Lastly, Eric wants to thank his partner and kids for always coming out and supporting him as they get to see the magic of the stage change with each show.
