The Art of Acting

This class is a friendly, highly supportive, energetic and fun place to explore the art of acting.
Whether testing the waters for the first time or aiming to develop and deepen an established understanding of the acting experience, this course encourages bold and energized choices, basing those choices on acting fundamentals which inform all truthful performance. This is a fun and engaging class for all!
April 10 – May 15, Saturdays (6 classes)
Suggested Accompanying Class: A Director’s Perspective for Actors & Directors, Acting I or II, Monologue Intensive, Physical Character Lab, Acting in the Zoomiverse or Public Speaking for Everyone.

Before each class, students will be sent an email with a link to login and any class-specific instructions.
Generally, students are encouraged to have a notepad & a pencil for note-taking.
Students are checked-in by name via the class roster, so no additional ticket or receipt is required!
Refunds and Exchange Policy
Artists Rep does not offer refunds for purchased classes.
Exchanges can be made on a case-by-case basis.
If Artists Rep cancels a class, the class will either be rescheduled or refunded.
Scholarships
The Actors Conservatory @ ART will award partial-tuition grants for Studio Program classes to qualified applicants. Please complete this application for consideration.
