The old mill town of Cabbotville, Oregon has seen better days. The town that time forgot has two claims to fame. Number one, The Revolution of the Unbearable Departed Yearning, a play written a hundred years ago that has never seen an audience because something strange always happens when the actors get to page 52. And number two, space aliens. Make that three things. Number one, the play; number two, space aliens; and number three, Rudy, that queer kid in a green dress who surprised the whole dang town when he chased after an ostrich and they both disappeared in a ball of light.
Part play, part puzzle, part immersive experience, The Revolution of the Unbearable Departed Yearning may be coming to a radio (or maybe a parking lot) near you in Spring 2021. If we can get past page 52.
