The Comedic Monologue – Tuesdays

This monologue class will focus specifically on the comedic audition piece and is open to all levels of experience. Find the truth, play the situation, and learn some of the specific techniques for delivering a comic monologue as an audition piece. We will also apply these concepts to playing comedy, in general, whether you are cast in a play or finding the humor in any presentation (theatrical, personal, or professional).
A Resident Artist since 2013, Sarah first appeared at Artists Rep in The Artificial Jungle some 25 years ago. Before each class, students will be sent an email with a link to login and any class-specific instructions.
Generally, students are encouraged to have a notepad & a pencil for note-taking.
Students are checked-in by name via the class roster, so no additional ticket or receipt is required!
Refunds and Exchange Policy
Artists Rep does not offer refunds for purchased classes.
Exchanges can be made on a case-by-case basis.
If Artists Rep cancels a class, the class will either be rescheduled or refunded.
