Norma Dulin

ART Board

Norma is retired from a 32-year career in marketing and public relations for small companies and large government agencies on both coasts. She has particular expertise in marketing for energy efficiency programs and sustainable buildings, and a lifelong passion for the natural world as well as visual and performing arts. In addition to being Board Chair at Artists Rep, Norma today is a part-time Garden Coach & Designer helping do-it-yourselfers create private outdoor havens. She has been a subscriber at Artists Rep for more than 22 years, has co-sponsored four productions, and in July 2025 became the board Chair.  Her prior board experience includes Solar Oregon, the Society for Marketing Professional Services, and the adult literacy program Academy of Hope in Washington, DC.
