Artists Rep Credits

Marsha Blovotnik and the Marvelous Magical Chicken Soup

Adam John Roper

Adam John Roper earned his BFA in Theatre from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, where he spent his time training at both the Stella Adler Studio and the Experimental Theatre Wing. This education gave him a solid foundation in both traditional acting techniques and contemporary physical performance styles.

His regional stage credits cover a mix of contemporary plays, classics, and musical theater. Some of his favorite dramatic roles include playing Raskolnikov in CRIME AND PUNISHMENT, Jasper in THE INHERITANCE, and Florizel in Shakespeare’s THE WINTER’S TALE. On the musical side of things, he has appeared as Cocky in THE ROAR OF THE GREASEPAINT – THE SMELL OF THE CROWD, Chiron in THE LIGHTNING THIEF, and Bradley in FIVE GOLDEN RINGS.

When he isn’t in rehearsals or performing on stage, Adam keeps a busy schedule working with the local community in a few different ways. He splits his time between helping clients buy and sell homes as a professional Realtor with Knipe Realty, teaching classes as a certified yoga instructor, and staying active as an avid CrossFit enthusiast.

He is absolutely ecstatic to be making his debut with Artists Repertory Theatre and is grateful to be collaborating with this creative team. Please visit www.adamjohnroper.com.
