Miranda K. Hardy

Lighting Designer

Miranda K. Hardy is an associate company member with the Portland Experimental Theater Ensemble. Previously with ART she designed lights for Skeleton Crew. Other work in Portland has been with Portland Play House, Laura Heit, Oregon Children’s Theater, Profile Theater, Theatre Diaspora, Hand2Mouth, Reed College, and the August Wilson Red Door Project. She is currently adjunct faculty at Lewis & Clark College teaching scenography. A graduate of CalArts and a long time resident of NYC she now makes her home in Portland. Her work has been seen nationally and internationally focusing on the New and Experimental while staying grounded in the generally possible impossible.
