Join us as we pivot away from a traditional “Gala” format to a more relaxed and celebratory Fundraising event and Season Announcement on May 18th at Artists Repertory Theatre.
Dress theme: Wear whatever makes you comfortable and happy. Bonus if you come with a red accent piece!
Memory & Hope Vault: This isn’t just a celebration about returning to the building, we are celebrating all of you returning too. We would love it if you would share a memory from the past and a hope for the future that will be placed into the floor and sealed. Supplies will be provided at the event.
Artists Rep stands strong and reinvigorated, ready to embrace the future with renewed energy and passion. This celebration, announcing our 2024/25 season, held in our own home, marks a significant milestone for ART—a momentous occasion to gather together and commemorate our survival, our resilience, and our unwavering dedication to the performing arts in Portland. Come dressed in whatever makes you comfortable and happy (maybe with a flare of ART red) and raise a glass with us, as we toast our past triumphs and future endeavors. Let us celebrate this historic moment in ART’s history, knowing that together, we will continue to uplift, inspire, and captivate audiences for years to come.
What to expect
5:00 – 6:15 pm: Mix & mingle: enjoy a drink and tasty nibbles while contributing to our Memory and Hope Vault.*
6:15 – 6:50 pm:Gather and raise a glass to the next era of ART, Season Announcement!
6:50 – 8:00 pm: Celebrate together with sweet treats and tours of the space
Tickets
Tickets are Pay-What-You-Will starting at $0 because price should never be a barrier to celebrate what we are doing at ART!
Tickets include event entry, a drink ticket, and tasty treats by Artemis catering.
This event is for all ages – families welcome!
All tickets include a donation to ART.
Parking
Free parking in our garage is available to all guests on a first come basis. Enter the parking garage through the SW 15th Ave entrance (by the “Sky Fox” mural).
Our parking lot is level P2.
Street parking is ample, and there is a pay lot across the street (enter on 14th between Morrison & Alder).
