Student Ambassador Program

Learn about the inner workings of Artists Rep!

This program is for students who wish to learn more about the inner workings of a major nonprofit professional theatre. Student Ambassadors meet once per month from September to June to see productions free of charge and participate in discussions with leading theatre artists and professionals.

Who?

High school and college students with a strong interest in theatre!

When?

Second Sunday of every month, 3:00pm – 4:00pm

What?

Monthly meetings from September through June

Where?

All meetings will be held at the Zidell Office unless otherwise noted

Why?

The purpose of the program is to introduce students to the full range of skills and ideas that are essential to running a professional theatre and to foster the next generation of arts leaders and professionals.

 

  • Attend monthly meetings with your fellow Student Ambassadors
  • Attend workshops with actors, directors, and designers
  • Observe rehearsals
  • Attend performances
  • Run the “Student Talk-Back” series (once per main season show)
  • Write production reviews
  • Volunteer and get more involved with Artists Rep!
