The Business of Being an On-Camera Actor
with Kisha Jarrett, Vonessa Martin
We’ll examine how to communicate with casting directors, how to get and work with an agent, how to promote yourself the right way, and how to use social media and technology to get your name, face, and talent out there.
Participants will learn how to get comfortable in front of the camera, the do’s and don’ts of auditioning, especially when self-taping, how to slate, how to frame, where to look, and how to deliver honest and fully committed performances for films, commercials, and corporate that will get you callbacks and cast.
This class is geared to beginners as well as more experienced actors.
