Embracing Uncertainty for Actors

with Michael Mendelson

COVID-19 has forced us to face the realistic uncertainty of live performance in our community. Over the course of 4 weeks you’ll have an opportunity to join a conversation with other theatre artists along with Resident Artist, Michael Mendelson, to dive into the challenging waters of the present and immediate future of what is a changing and what is sure to be a changed theatre community.  The topics we will be covering include: continued theatre training, monologue development, the audition process – before and after, owning your process and your experience, and cultivating patience.

By focusing on relaxation and daily and/or weekly physical and artistic challenges, we will continue to discover who we are and how we have changed.

Guests speakers include: Dámaso Rodriguez and Cynthia Fuhrman
