Daisy Erskine is extremely excited to be making their Portland Theatre debut with Artists Repertory Theatre! Born and raised in Idaho’s vibrant “hippie” community, Daisy’s love for all things beautiful was cultivated from the farmlands and desert creeks she was raised on. As a Theatre artist, Daisy is drawn to bringing fantastical stories and imaginings through sustainable theatre, puppetry, world-building, and tactile forms of making. Daisy is a prolific creator, working with every theater medium they can. They have worked as a puppet creator (Boise Contemporary Theater), costume construction and Firsthand (Idaho Shakespeare Festival) and props manager and designer (The Theater at Monmouth) as well as dabbling in directing and acting. Her creative practice centers around curiosity, play, and collaborative creation. Whatever the medium, Daisy seeks to inspire others to embrace authenticity, wonder, and a wilder way of being.
