In the regular course of business, Artists Rep collects a variety of patron information, including name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and the names of other patrons you are associated with. Artists Rep also collects information volunteered by our patrons‚ such as survey information. You may purchase tickets, gift certificates, or a subscription to Artists Rep when you call the box office, at which time you will be asked for your credit card number, expiration date, and address. Credit card purchases require a full mailing address. Additionally, credit information is stored and encrypted in the Artists Rep database.

Upon request we can provide patrons with access to a description of the information that we maintain about them. Artists Rep offers the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information, and patrons can do so by contacting info@artistsrep.org or calling the box office at 503-241–1278.

Information Sharing and Third Parties
The information we collect is shared with other reputable organizations to help them contact consumers for marketing purposes. However, Artists Rep approves all mailings sent by third parties. We trade with these organizations annually for a one-time use of specified patron information.

Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by emailing us at info@artistsrep.org.

We may employ other companies or individuals to perform functions on our behalf. These may include sending postal mail, analyzing data, telemarketing, online contributions, providing marketing assistance, and providing customer service. These Artists Rep agents have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

Artists Repertory Theatre is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement or from the requests from our patrons.

Ticket Ordering
We request information from our patrons when they order tickets and make donations. Here a patron must provide contact information (such as name, billing address, and e-mail address) and financial information (such as a credit card number and expiration date) for purchases. This is used for billing purposes and to fill the patron’s request. If we have a difficulty processing a request, contact information is used to get in touch with the patron. When making new purchases, the patron will be asked to verify his or her information.
